Jim Ledford, owner, has been an attorney/notary for the State of Louisiana since 1991.  As an attorney/notary, he is commissioned to notarize documents statewide.

   Jim is a graduate of Louisiana State University (1971) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences.  He is also a 1991 Graduate of Southern University Law School.  Jim has maintained a private law practice since 1991.

   Kathleen Grant received her notary commission for East Baton Rouge Parish in March, 1999.  She is also commissioned for the Parishes of West Baton Rouge, Ascension, Pointe Coupee, East Feliciana, West Feliciana and Livingston.  Kathleen is a member of the National Notary Association (NNA).  Additionally, she is a Notary Signing Agent for the NNA. 

   Kathleen is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University (1984) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts.  In 1990, she earned a Certificate of Paralegal Studies from Louisiana State University, Division of Continuing Education.
